Our COVID-19 Response
We are regularly communicating with our team members to ensure they are prepared and educated on COVID-19 prevention. We ask that they take every precaution to remain healthy and safe. When doing so, we confirm that our team understands the following:
To stay home if they are sick or if a member of their family is sick.
To follow CDC recommended guidelines for hand-washing and other methods of prevention.
To follow social distancing protocols as outlined by CDC.
As a result of our changed world, we have updated our employee manuals to include policies that require:
Employees to report confirmed cases COVID-19 of themselves or a family member to HR or to our management team.
Employees to report to HR or our management team if they have travelled or knowingly come into contact with someone who has COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
We are committed to the health and safety of our clients and our team at this time. As a staffing partner, we commit to:
Keeping track of all employees scheduled to work together, to allow for tracing, should it become necessary.
Educating our employees on our client’s own COVID-19 policies and procedures — prior to shift time.
